These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and FociiGames Inc. (“FociiGames”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of Popilife, our isometric social multiplayer online game, on the web, Android and iOS. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, downloading, accessing or playing Popilife, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Popilife.
Popilife is a social game with open text chat and is not intended for young children. You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the game and, where you are a minor, have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Popilife you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Some features (such as purchases and cross-device saves) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You must give accurate information (including a valid email) and keep it up to date.

Popilife includes virtual currencies — Diamonds (which may be purchased) and PopiCoin (earned by playing) — and virtual items. You agree that:
You may purchase Diamonds and other digital content. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; on mobile, in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms and billing rules. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (and where similar consumer law applies), you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by starting to download, access or use the digital content (for example, spending or receiving Diamonds) before the 14-day period ends, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Where the right still applies, contact [email protected] to withdraw. This does not affect any mandatory consumer or refund rights you have under the law of your country, or the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play for mobile purchases.
Popilife, and all software, artwork, characters, names, logos, audio, text and other content we provide (excluding your own user content), are owned by FociiGames Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Popilife for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the game except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
You keep ownership of the content you create in Popilife, such as chat messages and home/room layouts (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant FociiGames a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and moderate that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving Popilife. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove or moderate User Content that breaches these Terms.
You may stop using Popilife at any time and delete your account in-game. We may suspend or terminate your access, and remove content, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your licence to use Popilife and any virtual items/currency ends, subject to any refund rights required by law and the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popilife is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the game will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FociiGames and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising from or relating to your use of Popilife. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Popilife in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold FociiGames harmless from claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Popilife, or your User Content.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features of Popilife at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you in-game or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration bodies there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
